Substantial amounts of research data have been collected and summarized over the last 10 years through the FREC program administered through the Illinois Department of Agriculture. This data has been disseminated through the annual IFCA Conference Proceedings to over 1,000 people each year. However, there are many more individuals that could use this information.

To meet this need, a web page has been created that is resident on the University of Illinois, Crop Sciences Department server that contains the full IFCA Conference Proceedings for the past two years and will contain the 2001 copy of the IFCA Proceedings by mid February 2001. In addition, plans are underway to upload the papers from earlier editions of the IFCA Proceedings soon.
